I am a Vegan, which of your products can I consume?
Our range is vegan & 100% vegetarian. All of our products are dairy free, suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Our mission is to provide high quality food without compromise.
How long do Conscious Eating Dips last?
Each jar has a use by date printed on it. Please refrigerate it at all times and use it within seven days for best quality.
Are your products suitable for children?
We believe that children are a precious part of our community and we understand the special place that they have in your life. We’re delighted to be able to share with you some fantastic products on our website, which are suitable for children too.
Can the Pasta Sauces be used for making Pizzas & Bakes?
Yes, our Pasta Sauces are delicious and versatile, you can use them for making pizzas and bakes as well.
I have an allergy, are the products manufactured in a facility that contains dairy/ eggs?
We use only eco-friendly plant based products, and we take great care to make sure our products are in no way allergenic to our customers. Our manufacturing kitchen is free of any dairy products or eggs.
Why aren't the Salad Dressings, Dips and Pasta Sauces available for delivery all over the country?
Our Salad Dressings, Dips & Pasta Sauces need to be refrigerated at all times. We are currently working on our temperature controlled shipping process for us to be able to send it all over the country.

What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can contact our customer services team. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 5 - 7 working days after we receive a confirmation from the bank. This is subject to the third party validation on the payment failure.
The item(s) delivered in my order is defective / damaged / incorrect.

Would I be able to cancel or return an order?
It is our promise to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity & quality of each handcrafted product that is sent to you. All our products are made fresh in small batches upon receiving your order therefore all purchases are final & no cancellations or modification or returns are possible.
